Exterior modifications, including many landscaping and home improvement projects, may require approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) before work begins.

Homeowners can submit an architectural modification request through the Inframark Resident Portal. Applications should include a description of the proposed work, relevant photographs or plans, materials, colors, and other supporting details.

A $25 application fee applies. Please wait for written approval before beginning any work requiring review.

Westador residents must complete a pool pass registration form and pick up their passes before using the community swimming pools.

Homeowners must be in good standing with the Association to qualify for pool passes.

The clubhouses and tennis courts are available for private events by advance reservation, subject to availability, applicable fees, and Association policies.
